A Brazilian success story.
For over 40 years turning forest management into sustainable development in the Amazon — a Grupo Triângulo company.
It all began in 1983.
In 1983, Triângulo Pisos e Painéis acquired 74 thousand hectares of forest in Cujubim, Rondônia. Years of research led to the Sustainable Forest Management Plan, approved in 1994, with innovative low-environmental-impact practices.
It took 14 years between the acquisition and the start of operations, in 1997, to thoroughly understand the forest and its impact on the community. In 2005, this effort was recognized by FSC® certification — the international seal of responsible forest management.

From the forest to the floor, responsibly.
The Triângulo Pisos industrial unit, in Curitiba (PR), has about 27,000 m² and houses the group's administrative headquarters and the wood flooring line. In addition to Manoa's certified timber, it uses wood from its own reforestation areas in southern Brazil.
The factory operates with high-efficiency, less polluting technology that makes more sustainable use of resources and recycles production waste — responsibly closing the cycle that begins in the Amazon forest.
